I expect a bit of a resurgence from HRT, they cant run like crap all year, and this may be at the expense of CL, as JW is teflon when it comes to incidents (see pit lane crashes). I actually expect some holden runners to step out in front of Fords now that the Fords are down the back of the pit lane.

My tip:
Frosty, JC, Giz and Jnr Johnson to fill up the 10 from the Ford camp, possibly Alex Davo as well. Usual suspects from Holden as well, but perhaps better results for GRM while HRT and 888 hold a personal battle, BJR to do nothing as per usual, despite Brightys best efforts.
Ford/Holden .. the difference? I guess 888 can tell us non believers IF there is a difference !!

Hang on, VESA dont want there to be any difference

T8 is just a very well presented package - just a different badge on the front!!

Mike

PS Just slightly OT - rained here in Adelaide Saturday night 6 March so hopefully the punters will have less dust and crap blowing around as the week progresses.

For my 2 bobs worth, back to a circuit that takes commitment to knock out a time , bit like monaco as in no one lucks into a win at adelaide.
Be assured all at clayton will have been beavering away to start what will now be their season, mr ingall will have asked paul if he can trot down to t888 with the visa for one of those nice new front cross members.
This will be a race were all know they need to catch whincup or have him march off into the distance with another title, no mean feat when he is driving so well but back markers , pace cars and hurried pit stops can bring the best undone. personally i cant wait and regardless of who wins it will be another great clipsal. BRING IT ON !!!

Olivier Panis and Jarno Trulli (aka 'One Win Jarno') might think otherwise...

For the sake of the series, they'd want to have ratings better than the Women's Golf this weekend. Being beaten by Women's Cricket is bad enough, but Women's Golf......

Dont know what order but Wincup, Frosty, Courtney and CL. Clipsal is to hard to pick a winner due to it be a concrete caynon.

I agree that Todd is a very clean driver, however, without directing blame in any particular direction, I think "troubled" would be a good way to describe his Middle East visit. Wherever he was, trouble was hunting him down. I will be very happy if that trend does NOT continue!

Frosty to leave Adelaide with cship lead.

The Giz on the podium either, or both, days.

Tander or Will to have a 'coming together' with Car #1.

Rick and JNR sneak in top drives for solid weekend results.

Results since jamie has been at triple 8 suggest he will be on the podium and most likely on the top step

5 wins, 2 thirds and 1 fifth, thats a pretty good strike rate

in the 11 years of racing (22 races) there have been 7 different winners lowndes ambrose whincup have won 5, skaife 4 , bright todd and rick one each

ford have won 12, holden 10 (including 8 of the first 9, which there fore means Ford have won 11 of the last 13)
