I couldn't find a topic yet...

Calendar 2016
24 april – Estoril
22 may – Spa
4 june – Le Castellet
24 july – Silverstone
11 september – Spielberg
2 october – Monza
30 october – Montmelò

Last season it was a bit low on entries and this winter i didn't read/hear a lot of news about the series as well, only that Teo Martin will run a BMW M6 & AF Corse will run a car for the Belgian racer Lemeret. Somebody has some more info/news?

They have great weekends for the racing fans! GT Open, F3 Open, FR3.5 V8, Radical European Masters, Seat Leon Eurocup.

Balfe Motorsport will do a full season in a Ferrari 458. TF Sport are looking at options including GT Open.

I believe its GT3 know but Im guessing they'll accept anyone considering how entry numbers have been down over the last yea or two. Ah for a repeat of the the glory years of Manthey v AF Corse.

Last year they had some Radicals as well, one of them scored pole at Monza.

Maybe they should let LMP3 (just like in the French GT Tour) & GTE cars in, would be better.

Nobody outside the ACO-series is racing GTEs anymore... that's the very reason why they got rid of them.

Being a Johnny-come-lately to the LMP3-party wouldn't do them much good either, I'd think.

I'm curious as to the teams running the Huracans and Mclarens through:

Says three Mclarens, 2 of which are to be Garage 59 cars, so wonder the identity of the third...

And no idea in the Huracans...

Also, looks like a Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus SCG003 will be confirmed for the series tomorrow, GT Opens Instagram is showing a pretty obvious sneak peek

I don't think Manthey returning is the big fillet that it was back in 2012, but anywhere where the SCG is competing is worth my time.

Compiling the cars announced in yesterday's release, plus two previously announced radicals and the likely SCG, we have a massively improved grid of 27 cars!!! Beats the 13-14 of last year at its low points.

Scrap that unfortunately, the teaser of the SCG looking car, happened to be a rather similar front end looking Radical.... Think Radical have been taking some heavy inspiration there.

Shame, would be awesome to see the SCG003 around more

Yeh, it's the Wochenspiegel car, so I'm guessing it will be Georg Weiss driving with either Jochen Krumbach, Oliver Kainz, Mike Stursberg or maybe a Works driver.

Could be wrong though and Manthey/Porsche are using it for Works car development.

First duo is Duncan Tappy / Michael Benham
