Finnish Racing Colours?

I'm asking about really important question (for me), Finnish International Racing Colours. Some places is sayed its black and some white with two blue stripes and latin cross. The black sounds odd and latin cross -system is odd. Any pictures or stories about these? Never seen anywhere...

Not sure about the when, but at some point the FIA adopted the Olympic abbreviations rather than using the international identification system first propounded by the AIACR.

The 2 and 3 letter codes are ISO codes propounded by the UN. They are meant to identify countries and other entities for various different fields. The 2 letter codes are meant to be used for example on car ovals and as internet domains (typically we go a bit half-cocked, with GB for ovals and .uk for TLDs, both UK and GB being reserved for the United Kingdom), although many countries do not use the 2 letter codes for their ovals. 3 letters are meant for e.g. sporting events.

Incidentally Finland changed its car oval from SF to FIN (the 3 letter ISO code) in 1993. Finland's 2 letter code is FI, not SF.
