AOL.COM e-mail users / No Notifications / No Registration e-mails.
At present users with aol.com e-mail addresses will not receive any e-mails from Ten-Tenths.
Apparently too many aol.com users have classed notification messages from Ten-Tenths as "spam". This means that AOL have decided to block our server from sending mail to ALL AOL users. If you are an AOL user and are not receiving e-mails from us then please contact AOL to have this block lifted. We have already contacted AOL but as of yet have not received any reply. |

Is this similar to the problems that AOL users experience with ebay?
As users only get emails from 10-10ths if they register (to get them) it is odd that they claim they are spam! |

All it takes is for a couple of AOL users to get banned or throw the teddy out the pram and re-mark all their Ten-Tenths notifications in their inbox as "Spam"

My advice to anyone having difficulty with AOL (or even contemplating using AOL) has always been the same - Walk away.
(Get your own domain and host the name with any one of dozens of decent companies is the next step.) Regards Jim |
