Wanted: 6"x 12" Minilites for '69 Cooper 'S'

I don't know if this is the correct place for this wanted add:

A set of 6"x 12" Minilites urgently needed for the '69 Dutch Touring Car Championship winning Austin Cooper 'S' that I recently bought.
Minilite only do a 5 inch wide version but in '69 and '70 they ran 6 inch wide wheels.

I think you would be better off going to the likes of Superlite and giving them an order for new alloys. I had a set of 12 X 6 minilite mags back in the mid 70s and even then they were getting brittle, so I wouldn't like to trust them too much today.

The Superlite 6 x 12 seems like a good alternative.
Are they fit for racing, anyone with experience?
Would the offset be the same as the original late '60s Minilites????

Superlites are fine. They are aluminium, not magnesium. Strong but a little heavier than the originals.

Nothing! Minilites are the original things. Magnesium so lighter.

Superlites are a modern copy of the original minilites but made of aluminium alloy. They are not as light as the originals.

The only thing with old magnesium wheels is that it pays to have them crack tested.
