Anyone remember this…? Living Rallycross legend Jan de Rooy (NL) in the 1200+bhp DAF TurboTwin teaching Rally hero Ari Vatanen (FIN) in the 400+bhp Peugeot 405 a lesson at about 200kmh. Location: A Ténéré stage of the 1988 Paris–Dakar. During that 'Dakar' Jan de Rooy held 3rd place OVERALL for a while – with a truck…! |
