Williams Diffusr

A diffuser theory.....I was wondering if some F1 techie out there knows if the Williams exhaust has something to do with it....Everybody else runs with periscope style that flows out thru the rear wing but the Willies exhaust flows out thru the rear suspension? Could this configuration been done to enhance their diffuser system? Any thoughts.....

THR has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
theres a story on f1-live.com saying that williams are using an odd diffuser which is in the regs, but only just. giving them a significant advantage.
