Whether you like or dislike the man, have to appluad his investment into a few drivers in the field. Not sure Richie will find a FT Seat next year. I think he missed the opportunity with RBR he would be kicking himself about.

Oh he's not had a bad year at all to be honest. I guess his team mate has had better and thats their yardstick now I guess.

I think he would have more confidence running with the RB establishment based on his previous dealings and maybe closer to the pointy end but he needed to lock in his offered contract prior to the RB announcement I guess.
No idea if he would be better or not. Hard to impress in your first year back with a 1 year contract.

I see that Evans is already confirmed, but would Winterbottom (if a suitably low salary agreement could be reached) be a faster driver of the SCT Smith family machine?

Im loosing interest in the whole series to be honest which is sad as Ive been watching it for over 50 years. Sadly without a Holden it doesnt seem right.
