I'm not free that week-end, but I'll ask the question anyway. Do you have to have signed on through BARC, or does it count if you were with an ES team?

I just knew someone would ask this! Can I suggest that you ring Karen at BARC HQ as I am sure she will know the answer. If you are a BARC member and have stamps on your card it might be worth mentioning this to her as well.

Thanks Sheila. As I said, I can't go anyway, but I thought it would be worth knowing the answer (or how to find it) for those people who can.

Woolley, I have now got the answer to your question. If you are a BARC Member and have done more than 6 days (and have the stamps on your card to prove it) you are eligible for a free dinner.

Look forward to seeing lots of you on 6th December.

Sheila

Why should anyone need stamps to prove anything?
BARC should hold records of who has officiated for them!

Observer, I really believe that you have deliberately misunderstood (and misquoted) me here (says she sulkily - or should that be silkily?)

What I really meant was I hope to see a great many people gracing us with their presence at our Annual Dinner - OK?

Sheila

PS And Yes Mr M does know - he's doing the driving while I drink! (as usual)

Hi,

If you want tickets please contact Noreen Ward & NOT Karen.
Karen can only confirm the number of days you have done for BARC but is nothing to do with the Midlands Dinner!

Noreen can be contacted on 01455 824494 or by email: B19aln@yahoo.co.uk.

Fred.
