I suppose that is one good thing in the whole idea of going to Bahrain. Keep em in Oz, out of the fans who can afford to go to Bahrain to watch the them?

I couldn't care less if the Bahrain races are shown live because it will only be shown live in the eastern states and as usual it will be delayed in WA, SA and NT.

You should try living in country W.A. then. Nearly every V8 Supercar round has been broadcast at midnight this year. (Sometimes Monday night.) After all, they can't let half a million motorsport fans get in the way of a game of footy. You think Ten sucks? WIN television is HELL. If it wasn't for SBS with Speedweek we wouldn't have any motorsport coverage at all.

AVESCO can hope all they like, if they barely got the Saturday night race from Eastern Creek last year (and the title decider at that), how can they seriously even consider getting any live TV prime-time on a Thursday and Friday night. Late-night replays on those nights, or maybe delay it until the weekend. (remember when Channel 10 showed the rounds from Wanneroo/Barbagallo on a weeks delay)
