Where did you get your UK version from?
I've just seen in this weeks Autosport mag there is a coupon for £10 off the game if you buy from PC World, couldn't see the game on their website, I'll try and pass by local store tomorrow to see if I can find a copy

*cries* It doesn't work. I just bought the UK version, and it jumps back to desktop and closes when you try to race. Actually, it works on my uncles' PC so I am pretty annoyed. Do you need an Nvidia graphics card or can I use my ATI one?

Running the international version of GTR here on an ATI Radeon 9800XL, no problemo.

First thing to check would be that you have all the latest drivers and patches. I can run the demo fine with my ATI 9500 pro.

does anyone else feel the need to have the volume cranked right up whilst playing, the engine noises are really something.

My drivers are OK, still won't work. It jumps out just as the screen loads after you click race, when you select continue championship or any other race.

Have you done all your windows updates?

I had a similar problem with other games, once I sent an error report, it showed me, I needed to do a, graphics update.

Well the fact you can load up the menu screens seems that its only when loading the tracks and cars. Is it just when you go racing? maybe reducing the graphics detail might help. I've not actually got the game so cant say anything specifc. Maybe others can help.

Have you check the GTR forums?

The official site, if there is one, would help, certainly to check graphics, wise.

Game should be available in may in Aust according to Atari's site (Aust distributor). I don’t think I can’t wait that long so I’ll pop onto e-bay and grab a copy!

Downloaded the demo, been having some great fun throwing the Ferrari 360 and Saleen around Spa at dusk. The full version should be fantastic, and i'm very much looking forward to the online racing
