DBR Retain Slight Lead

DBR were unlucky during the last race at Fontana, with only one out of our three drivers managing to finish the race, Carpentier in a solid 3rd, while both Cristiano da Matta and Michel Jourdain failing to complete the distance.

Not much else to report. Congratulations to Jimmy Vasser on his first win in a number of years, while the entire DBR team is appalled at the tactics of Dario Franchitti, who showed a complete lack of sportsmanship.

And at least that was better than the Gold Coast!

42 Tulips Racing Press Release

Wow. We're quite surprised our three has-beens, Messers Bräck, Kanaan and Judd, actually managed to scrape together 7 points between the three of them. We obviously forgot that we had promised not to change their tyres at pit stops but they managed to do a good enough job of doing a bad job themselves. Anyway, the sooner we see the back of these three idiots, the sooner we will be accepted as a serious racing team. Roll on 2003 and a new spectacular lineup! (But before that, we will hopefully finish the season with a wonderful 'null points' in Mexico.)

Yay! Domenech wins its 1st race!

Whoa, that was top stuff there at Fontana. How can you have your third driver winning the race and not scoring for you as the two other drivers finish, but yet winning the race altogether?
Well, you do it with top class drivers like Patrick, Oriol and Jimmy. A 1-3-5. Awesome stuff. Not to mention Oriol escalating 13 places and setting the fastest lap in the process.

I'm proud of' em all. And I'm even prouder that none of 'em is going to the IRL.
