Well done Paffett and Ekström - a great race. A brilliant drive by Ekström to hold off Paffett. He was late on the brakes every lap into the first corner. Perhaps it comprimised his line, but it stopped Paffett getting a nose alongside.

I am very surprised that Paffett didn't get a drive-through. It looked clear at the time.

Looks like the DTM is going to be the most 'normal' race today.

Excellent driving from Ekstrom and Paffett, great competitors.

Opel, naff strategy...they're never going to win a race leaving their cars out so long, they should have dragged someone in with the Audi/Merc's on lap 6-7.

Opel had options too. With three cars up there they could have mixed their strategies, except everyone did almost the same thing. One of them should have reacted to Ekstrom and Paffet.

All is quiet on the white line front. Nothing on the news sites I've seen or the DTM site. I'm surprised he didn't get a penalty, but we don't know what was said to them in the briefing and what was acceptable and what wasn't.
