Eddie Kinirons has Koutnys ex-focus right? So that should be homologated. The Impreza 555 is also still homologated but I don't precisely know what car that is. The Ford Puma is also still homologated so Mike Manning could start if the car is eligible.
Another name I see missing is Tony Bell.

List of those cars eligible for int. RX for another 4 years after the expiry of their homologation time (the year under 'Fin').

List of those cars eligible for int. RX for another 4 years after the expiry of their homologation time (the year under 'Fin').
Any car which was once homologated for FIA events and still in line with current eligibility regs can compete even if the 4 years after homologated end date has pased, providing they get approval off their own countries ASN.

In our case this is the MSA. So all those with older Subaru's, Escort RS2000, Focus's etc can race as long as they comply with dash, weight, restrictor, cat etc etc.

This means the likes of grant, langley, mundy, gollop etc can race..... oh and providing they are happy to pay the £450 for an international license which you need.

I would guess that Bell, Graham, Proctor, Orr, Evans, Binks, Hill, L,Doran, P.Doran will all definately be there.

Hope this helps.

Would be good to see those above attending I thought Bell had retired from the sport.Goodings is surely ERC compliant im sure they would build it to compete in the events to show case the open series.Realistically a 40 car entry in division 1 for the first event would be Damm good

Great White should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
If i recall the event was subject to a FIA inspection of the Track and I wondered if this has happend as there seems to be no record of it having been passed, the reason for asking is that at the winter series events there did not seem to be the required protected start line, also was the existing startline to narrow?. Or has this work now been carried out.
Looking forward to it more as the days go by

i think the startle is wide enough ( did some measurements with google earth) but it does look a little narrow and putting armco between the startline and paddock bend loose section would invalidate the race circuit license and problem prevent them from getting one again, i dont think they will do that... and the inspection was in late febuary...

I didn't know Tony Bell retired. I think you are very optimistic with 40 div1 cars. If there are any more than 25 I would call it a succes.
I'm more worried about the other classes. Which British drivers will be there? Hal Ridge and Julian Godfrey in 1a but after that? It's awfully quiet about Division 2 too. If div1a has 20 drivers and div2 has 10 I'd be happy enough.

Agreed, looking at the entries from last year 25+ would be good.

I'm looking forward to the Division 2 heats - the cars that were there at the winter series meets looked great and were spectacular on track. What were entires like last season in Division 2?

Is there any running on Thursday. I'm in the area but only till Thursday, if I would have known when the event was being held I would surely have gone. Only just found out so if there's any testing on Thursday I could maybe make a quick stop. Else I guess I'll have to wait till Maasmechelen.

These were the numbers during the season for RX-Cup:
3 - 5 - 5 - 6 - 8 - 11 - 7 - 6 - 7 - 9 - 10

I think for sure are:
De Keersmaecker
Sterkens
Mertens
Van Den Brandt
Castoral
Muzik
That Swedish guy in an Eriksson Fiesta???

Other possible drivers: Zoll, Habjorg, Ask, Andresen, Freinberger. None of them committed a full season as far as I know. Loov in the Xsara will apparently not drive this year.

I think Dan Andersson (Rallykalle) will be there with a RWD Clio II. And maybe Tony Lund Tjelle, N(Dynamitt Tjelle).

I saw Loov (can't make my computer do the umlaut things on his name, sorry) in the Xsara at the Swedish ERC and I thought he was absolutely awesome! The most entertaining driver in the class and one of the most entertaining of the whole weekend (well, except for the supernationals, obviously). Really good car as well, very different. I missed the news that he was not driving - what are the reasons for that, do we know?
