Redbull Jnr to quit F3000

Seems that Dr Helmut Marko wants to sell his F3000 team! I heared that Bertram Schaefer (teammanger of BSR in german f3) wants to buy it!
in this case it´s possible that Redbull stays in F3000, because BSR also has backing of Redbull.
Who will be the drivers then? Mauricio wants to go to North America
What about Friesacher? And who will be the other driver(s)? Diefenbacher? Auinger?
Any thoughts?

It would be good if BSR did buy the team and kept Reb Bull colours in F3k. If they do, lets hope they get better drivers.

Friesacher's contract says he wil get a seat somewhere in F3000 even if Red Bull don't have a team.

What's happened to Friesacher this year? At the end of last year, he was considered hot property, but this year he's hardly made an impression.

Would definitely be sad to see Red Bull leave F3000, it needs to keep hold of as many teams as possible.

Marko is definitely selling up the team from what I've read. It would be good to see BSR return to F3000 (after being in the series in the mid-80's). I think they were linked to a return before this year (or maybe they were linked to a Formula Super Nissan entry? Memory's hazy...) At least I hope someone buys the team! F3000 can't afford to lose any more numbers...

It looks like a few teems want to sell, and that a few dominant teams want to buy everything from them.
