50th Focus for German round
Apparently Markko Martin will be driving the 50th WRC-spec Focus RS to be built by M-Sport in the Rally Deutschland.(Note: not the 50th 2003 variant of the car).
At the same time one of the older-spec Focus WRCs will be starting it's 50th event in the hands of one of the privateers. More at http://www.wrc.com/en-GB/Features/Fe..._50Focuses.htm It'll be interesting to see the new Focus on Tarmac. |

Well I guess a certain Mr McRae has something to answer for with regards to the first statistic.
And I suspect he's never been near the subject of the second statistic.

Yes, it would be interesting to know what happened to the previous 49 cars & where they ended up (although we do know what happened to some of them)
