Judging by the speed of the GT cars, I don't think the new Proto tyres are that good anyway! They should be more than a couple of seconds faster than the GTLM grid without a doubt.

When this happened at Detroit a while back people were walking up and down the pit lane with umbrellas, we can't have racing but holding a lightning conductor seemed OK.

Haven't adjusted to seeing Sebring with puddles yet as well it always seems that it's sunny at Sebring.
Doubt we have seen the last racing for the day but obviously safety is paramount. It won't be like Petit '09 |

It could be sunny in 15 or 20 mins in the Sunshine State that has more lightning strikes than the rest of the country, probably combined.
