Petit Le Mans 2025
OK, since tickets are now on sale for 2025, I felt like this would be a good time to create a new thread for 2025. Just checked my Ticket Master account and it shows my reserved RV spot and 2 4-day tickets up for renewal. Looking good so far. Price for the RV spot did not go up this year. 4-Day tickets were $105.00 each plus tax and any Ticket Master fees. I'll wait a few days for things to get ironed out before I renew.

Decided to renew early for the Reserved RV and my golf cart pass. Reports are that non-reserved RV is already sold out along with the Porsche corral. Can't believe things are sold out already. Didn't see any Ticket Master fees but they did charge for taxes which were unusually high. $8.80 for an $80 golf cart pass. Will wait till next month to get my 4-day entry tickets. I would recommend those that are looking to pick up tent camping tickets to do so as quickly as possible. Those sold-out last year too.

I'm planning on getting tickets soon, and while i rolled my eyes when I saw Ticketmaster was now involved, it can't actually get worse than the previous system.

It's much worse than the other system. Now it's near impossible to find the tickets you're looking for and they charge you TAX but it's not the same tax rate depending on what tickets you buy. Looks like non-reserved RV is no longer available and tent camping is under the parking header. In the past, if an item was sold out, it would tell you that the item "is sold out". Now it just doesn't show up and you're stuck trying to figure out if they moved it or it's just gone.
I've purchased my reserved RV and my golf cart pass. Will pick up the 4-day entry tickets in a month or so. I would suggest you pick up your tickets as quickly as possible. Certain categories of tickets have already come and gone. Many think that resellers are scooping up tickets for resale later. Let us know how it goes for you. Yep, it worked that way for me too but, my guess is that you did this on the RA web site. It's the only one that shows previous renewable tickets. Links there take you to the "am.ticketmaster.com/ral/" site. This is a Ticketmaster vendor specific site for Road Atlanta. The problem is that that information is not visible on the normal ticketmaster.com site or the apps. That uses the standard ticketmaster.com site. Same with the NASCAR app. None of the tickets purchased through the RA site are visible on any of the mobile apps unless you specifically go to your phone's browser and log in to the same link as the RA site. Tickets cannot be printed out either from a PC or mobile device. My problem is that I mostly work on my PC.
The best solution I've been able to come up with is to place the tickets into a digital wallet using a mobile link. This is not allowed on a PC though. It must be done on a mobile device and must be done using the first link I provided. Last edited by JT240Z; 13 Feb 2025 at 14:30. |

Just updated my Google Wallet to include the Reserved RV and Golf Cart pass. I miss the old days of paper tickets. For what it's worth, I was able to log into my Google Wallet from my PC and take a screen shot of the tickets. I printed the screen shots as an emergency backup plan and in case my wife and I get separated when checking in. We drive in with two vehicles. Me in the motorhome and the wife in the van pulling the golf cart. Things can get a little crazy on Tuesday at staging and entry time.
I'll pick up my general entry passes in a week or so. I did notice that the tickets are cheaper when you go through the renewal/invoice page then if you go directly to TicketMaster. Less addon charges. |

Nope, on tickermaster. Don't assume I don't know what I am looking at, Road Atlanta's page does not exist for ticketing any longer and the address used is a render of the Tickermaster page and you must create a new account. Road Atlanta is using Ticketmaster to process rather than have their own servers and handle transaction fees. If everyone buys their passes one pass at a time the increase is fees is CRAZY. It's a fee per transaction AND percentage, that's why companies often switch who processes to get better deals or their bank drops service X entirely.
Not sure what your challenge was with adding to your mobile account but ZERO issues moving to Google Wallet from my laptop at all. |

I understand that the RA site goes to the ticket master page but it's NOT the same page as ticket master's general page nor the same page that the Ticketmaster APP goes to. The link will start with am.ticketmaster.com and not just ticketmaster.com. This is a Road Atlanta specific account managed site. If you go to the ticketmaster App you will not see your tickets there. Or at least I can't see my tickets either there or on the NASCAR App that RA originally said to use. Both go to ticketmaster.com Explain how you moved your tickets to your Google Wallet on your laptop? I see no links to be able to do that from the PC version of the am.ticketmaster.com page. The ONLY way I was able to do it was with a mobile device (My phone). I would love to know how it's done so I can help others that can't do it as well. |

Just discovered another anomaly with google wallet and Ticketmaster. I purchased my 2 4-day general admission tickets today starting from the RA web site which directed me to the Ticketmaster site (am.ticketmaster.com/ral/). I used the renewal link to do the purchase. After my purchase I used my phone to add the tickets to my Google Wallet just like before. I added them to the wallet and everything appears to be good. I could now see all four of my tickets in my wallet on my phone. When I went back to my PC to see the tickets from the Google Wallet web site, the only tickets there were the two tickets I purchased earlier. The RV and the golf cart passes were present but the general admission tickets I just purchased were not visible. Went back to my phone App and I could see all four tickets there again. Same account and the same login for both the PC site and the phone App. Not visible on the PC version, only the phone app.
Do you have any idea if this is normal? Also seems that, unlike last year, there is no way to print out the tickets in advance on a PC or the Phone App. Too bad since I liked having a hard copy to give to my wife in case we get separated at the entrance. We drive separate vehicles. Me in the motorhome and the wife in a van pulling the golf cart. Last year we got separated and this saved the day. Can you think of a good work around? |

Ticket has indeed been purchased. For the first time that I have noticed, infield parking and tent camping had different prices. In the past you could use either of those options to achieve the same goal. Perhaps no longer.

Already procured the passes and ready to head up for an evening, maybe 2 for Trans Am in 2 weeks and then the weekend next month for HSR "Golden Age of Street Stock" featured so plenty of 70s-90s street cars from tuners on track
It also appears the non-reserved RV spots will be marked out, be interesting to see where they think they'll do that. Behind my spot will be a back solution for them, and any RV guys who tries to level it without 6' of cribbing |

Had a talk with Shannon Leach yesterday. Still trying to get my tickets to show up on the Tricketmaster App. Some kind of screw up is blocking access on Ticketmaster's end. We ended up solving the problem by logging in to the RA web site on my phone and putting the tickets onto my Google Wallet from there. Really a bit of a convoluted process but at least I have my tickets.
Also spoke to him about some of the changes to camping rules. He confirms that only RVs will be allowed in the Non-reserved RV area. No tent only camping would be allowed. Not sure if a tent can be set up along with an RV on the same spot. I would assume it would be OK but probably need to check with RA about the details. No unlicensed ATV, UTV or Side-by-Sides allowed. They did send out a new camping FAQ yesterday that explains a lot of what will be allowed and what will not. Here's a link to the new rules: https://roadatlanta.com/fan-guide/fa...ticketing-faqs |

In reading through their rules I think they've made a grave error in their determination of RV. I could bring a school bus I've converted but not added a grey or black tank and they can't call it an RV now. And most popups now are back to not RVs. Don't try to make rules when you can't think your way out of a wet sack that's already open for you. Think there are 8-10 of us in a row in reserved RV without their new definition of an RV so that's nice. It's gonna be interesting

Is it more an RV has to go in an RV place, but if you have an RV spot then you have the spot and could put anything (or nothing*) in it?
*admittedly that would be odd. |

Very common for people that have a Reserved RV spot to not come one year but still pay for the right to keep it for the next year. Even seen some that have two spots adjacent to each other just to have more room. |

But that is not what the rules say, they defined an RV and state "A:In order to utilize a non-reserved RV pass versus a non-reserved tent pass, you must be bringing in a self-sufficient RV that has a bathroom with running water with gray and black water tanks. The non-reserved RV camping spaces will all be marked with white painted lines and will show how much space is available." You are limited to their defined RV in the non-reserved spots so a pop-up without black or grey tank cannot camp there but they make you buy an RV pass for it. I see nothing that clarifies they have changed the policy for pop-ups that they are NOT RVs or you can show no tanks for tent camp. The renewal for the season pass indicates you must buy the non-reserved RV pass (Non Reserved RV / Camper = $230 (includes tow vehicle pass for pull-behind campers) so according to their own page they would be RVs. Are they gonna have a master list of these have tanks and these don't because exact same chassis made by Forest River can have no tanks at all or have only a grey tank or have both. I am looking at a few popups that have a fresh tank only, sink runs out through the wall and you must provide capture system, white trash me is HD 5 gallon bucket works perfect with 4' of hose. Thus I would (if i did not have a spot already) be forced to pay RV pass but then not actually get to use the RV space by their own rules. This is why you have to read ALL your rules and think. Ambiguity in the rules benefits the end user not the writer so they would be hard pressed to say I would have to pay for an RV pass for a full size school bus without tanks in it. I know they were trying to grab more money and sell more non-reserved RV but frankly tough sht if you show up Friday at 4pm and want to drop a 30' toy hauler. You want to take up that much space for the 2 of you (never see the big ass ones on Friday evening with kids) come earlier and leave it, plenty of folks do this on Wednesday and come back. We usually have between 6 and 15 folks show up at various times from Wed even to Fri and while I stake out plenty of space we usually have 8 or more camping passes and 2 neighboring RV sites. We take up FAR less than the space we pay for and if I get there early enough to save space for those showing up later to camp with us and am WELL within the space we've paid for, fk off and get better friends or get here earlier. That's how first come first served works. Guess I'm bringing a tape measure and roll of caution tape I've threatened to bring every year, maybe I'll get some stakes to mark my corners at TA. It's never good idea to fight with a guy who has the free time and can read your rules and already hates your "camping ambassadors" who ride around and have no clue what the rules are all week and no clue who Adam/Abe/Shannon are and they don't care who the office people are because they make the rules. But I've met enough drunk track folks to know who to sic on the office or send The Postman down there to kick some ass on his scooter
It will be interesting 3/19 evening when the Ultimate Fan party gets the the Festivus portion of the meeting, it happens every year. I usually get the stories at TA weekend and often rules quietly change after that party. My problem isn't the rules, it's the slipshod implementation of new rules without a plan or actual map. They say see this map but there's no link yet. |

I agree that this whole thing is going to be VERY confusing and a major cluster during race week. Hopefully they'll have some time to clarify it but I'm not holding my breath. As for the people that we'll be dealing with during race week.... Let's just say that they're not the cream of the crop when it comes to knowledge of the rules. It seems that the more popular the Petit becomes, the difficult they've had to make it. Some of this stems from the type of people that are now attending. We OLD TIMERS came to see the races and meet up with friends. Too many now are more into the big land grab and are much less cordial. With that said, I still love the Petit. This will be year my 28th year at the Petit and probably my 30th starting since before the LeMans series started. Before that I was a Sebring addict. ![]() |
