Cocho Says Lock Me Up

Cocho tells NSW Gov lock me up if you want for exceeding the 70,000 person Cap.

SMH

This would be a Media Bonaza for V8's if he does a couple of days Jail time.

One issue that was shot down, though, was the mooted plans of a crowd cap. NSW Events had requested to limit the amount of patrons to 70,000 per day, but Cochrane jokingly said he’d rather spend the night in jail than stop patrons coming through the gate!

When did this issue become one of patrons?

I thought the issue was more about a 70,000 hat limit than about limiting ticketed patrons?
