Fiesta XR2 Distributor

Does anyone know of a reasonable source for a Motorcraft Distributor for a XR2 with twin 40's. The factory dizzy comes with a conventional cap, but it fouls the underside of the carbs/manifold which is causing it to run out of line and it "knocks". Well that's how it seems.

So what I'm looking for is a 90deg entry cap, or a complete Motorcraft dizzy because it has standard electronic ignition. The owner doesn't want to change that for Lumenition.

Any ideas, other than Burton who want Third World, no, actually British National Debt for one.

Rob.

Is it plug compatible with the motorcraft for the Ford own-brand electronic ign?

OK, with that said - has anyone got a Bosch or Motorcraft dizzy that'll go in an XR2 (Mk1) with side entry dizzy cap lurking around their garage????

In fact, a Motorcraft cap would be a good start for him.
