So come out in the SRGTC race Graham. That goes for anyone else who wants an extra race on the 5th.

Got a couple of Kent Drag racing pals coming to mechanic for me at Brands from TAZ Racing, one prays to the God Ford and the other to Chevy. They aren't really keen on my MG engine but will be polite. After monday's race they'll probably be arguing about what other engine they could squeeze in for Tuesday!

I had some good dices with Greg at Snetterton, his extra lightness was a bit too much for me to overcome. I'm guessing he may have different tyres for Brands - but then again I've painted my hood

Shall I knock some out on easy removable, no damage to vehicle vinyl and we all slap on on our cars? it will peel straight off after the vent. Say yes if your interested as wont bother otherwise.

Al,

Sounds interesting... what have you got in mind? Remember some of us don't quite have the "canvas" area of a Camaro or Aston V8 to apply your artistic work to though!

Tim,

All the stuff is on the AMOC website now, inc timetable and Paddock Layout. I it take you are out in the yellow D Type with Sports Racing & GT? From the Paddock map on the AMOC website it appears you are all parked next to us on the Tuesday, be great to see you all again.

I think in that case Tim you need to get on to the main club holding the event as to be honest this is all a bit new to me anyhow. Thanks for the amendment BTW.

Thanks for that Andrew, I'm impressed with the amount of space they've given us, someone is being very optimistic. For those that can't find it here's the link.

Look forward to seeing you again.

I think Tim is in a different race Wayne, maybe someone should start a new thread for the AMOC meeting to save confusion.

Yes, I'm in the srgtc race last on tuesday which no doubt means we don't get a race if the afternoon goes badly.

Yes please - great idea!

(I was going to use the George Ensign that my Grandfather nabbed from HMS Canterbury after he they a few evacuation runs to/from Dunkirk. But it's rather large and threfore likely to hamper my speed towards Paddock Hill Bend.)

I know Al, by we I refer to the HVRA.

Trying to get some sense out of the circuit regarding camping over from Saturday until we get paddock access on Sunday night - emailed them and got a reply from the trackday organiser saying I've got to phone. The reason I emailed was so that I had a proof of response, now i can see a 'discussion' with a jobsworth on the gate looming.
