Anyone have any info on the F.Renault race at Monza this past weekend? Did the great Ronnie Quintarella win it?

If you try MST Timings' website then you can download a .pdf file which has full practice, qualifying and race results in it.
http://www.mstworld.com/newroundpage...01&event=11302 is the exact page. But, for the basics: - Not sure what happened to Quintarella, but he ended up 26th, 3 laps down, his fastest lap two seconds slower than the fastest race lap. - Augusto Farfus won, Thomas Pichler 2nd, and Eric Salignon 3rd. |

Caught bits of this race on Eurosport. Salignon seemed to have the pace to win but made a few mistakes trying to overtake. Farfus looked fairly smooth and composed, as far as I could tell.

Err, you know that I said I caught bits of this race on Eurosport, that wasn't one of the bits. I think the commentators said he got intimate with some kitty litter.

I saw the race on Eurosport.
Ronnie Quintarelli was involved in an accident on the first lap and sustained alot of damage to his nosecone, and he was was shown touring back to the pits. So it seems he probably lost the three laps sitting in the pits being repaired. Ryan Briscoe led briefly at the start, but started to slowly drop back behind Farfus and Salignon. He was then tapped from behind at the first chicane and ended up beached on the kerbs. |

Thanks guys!
I'll be at the Monza race in June, so I'll give you all great feedback on that race, including the Euro F3000 race... |

Briscoe
Briscoe had a problem with the oilpump and had to retire on the circuit.
