Obviously they should use a track they dont use in order to not run twice at the same location. The Eastern Creek long circuit 500 it shall be.

It is worth a crack isn't it? They have tried alot of things apart from a 500km endurance race

In 2004 (april it ****ed down big time) there was a sprint round in March / April and the grande finale in December. Maybe 03 as well but not sure, i was 3 yrs old then, 12 months makes a big difference

Considering that QR are in a similar situation with their track licence, I can't see it happening this time.

Sydney Motorsports Park. AKA Eastern Creek. (SMP is the 'new' name for the Eastern Creek complex.)

Those letters are also used for rather expansive sportscar team.

And anyway, I still just call the Canadian track Mosport, rather than CTMP.
