Are the results of the 3rd test session on Friday available somewhere for both FIA GT and FIA GT3?

I can only find 5 out of 6 sessions on the official sites.

Francesco, top, top link!!

Straight away the hairs on the neck and back were raised by the glorious sounds of the Aston's, Mazza's and of course that uncomparable music that the Murcialago makes!!!!

Cannot wait for Silverstone which will incidentally double up as my last weekend of 'freedom' before I get married the following weekend!!

Zonda's got a sweet exhaust note to it as well but is visibly slower than anything else running according to those videos.

BTW what happened to the BMS DBR9 that was unloaded off of a flatbed trailer in the pit lane?? That must've been a huge shunt?

A mistake on a official press release? Graham sorry about insisting on this but do you know have the teams per manufacturer were selected? I mean was Barwell, Auto Sport and Racing Box left out because other teams outbid them or did they declare their intention to leave and then SRO found replacements?

Was there a reason for the 3rd Lambo not running on Day 2, and seemingly fast men (rather than Thurn und Taxis) in the #41?

I think I remember reading that Basseng was testing for All-Inkl, I guess his Porsche commitments still allow him to do this?

Furthermore, does anybody know who was piloting the 2 JMB 430s besides Aucott and Macari?

Still no times for the Apex Jag XKR GT3. Worrying, I really want them to do well.

Day 1
Test 2 / 17. #41 All-Inkl.com Lamborghini – Lamborghini Murciélago R-GT +10,798
Test 3 / 15. #41 All-Inkl.com Lamborghini – Lamborghini Murciélago R-GT +8,040
Day 2
Test 1 / 5. #41 All-Inkl.com Lamborghini – Lamborghini Murciélago R-GT +3,146
Test 2 / 4. #41 All-Inkl.com Lamborghini – Lamborghini Murciélago R-GT +3,016

I only see just improvment at Thurn and Taxis.

The number 8 Lambo was crashed on the first day.

Maybee Adrian Newey.

-----------------------

The number 8 and 41 Lambo's were in 2007 spec while the 7 was the 2006 spec with some litlle modification of the 2007 spec.

Lambo #7 was spec 2006 + updates
Lambo #8 was spec 2007

Concerning Lambo #41, it wasn't Albert who clocked the time on day 2... and I'm sure that it was not equiped with 2007 updates. It seems to me the #41 was running on a rather old aero-pack... probably Basseng behind the wheel.

K.

#7 2006 FIA car...
#8 wider (maybe high downforce 07) wing, closed sidepods...
#41 LM Wing and 2007 body with closed side pods...

there was a BIG improvement in top speeds between #7 and #41

I was right behind it when it crashed, don't know who was driving it but he lost it under braking for the second chicane. Hit the barrier quite hard and took out all the braking boards lol...

I think it was on the second day though.

I did not see the BMS aston crash, what happened there!?

The driver of the #8 car told me that the #41 was not equiped with a lot of new material. And indeed, the topspeed was good on the Lambo.

The #8 crashed in the middle of the third practice on Thursday.

Cheers.

Jos Menten crashed the car, I think.

It was indeed Jos Menten. He was the only driver on the #8 car. Peter Kox was not present for the media launch in Monza.

Some things or a thing of the Suspension of the left wheel on the back has become damaged or broken and than Jos Menten went off track.

What happens now for the GT3 cars that Bouchut found to be fast? Does he drive again at another circuit so the FIA get a balanced view of performance on different circuits so as to equalise the cars as accurately as possible? The Ferrari and Ascari seem to have been just that bit quicker than everyone else!
