Presumably 2 to BK Motorsports, I've heard that one could be going to Dyson as a third car, or one to Intersport Racing.

There has been talk of Matos in a second Mazda powered car, he's not going to be heading off to Indycar any time soon by the looks of it.

I would love to see what Intersport could do with the Lola Coupé.

I know he's the money, but my point was that Jon is a hell of a driver and Clint isn't too shabby himself. Berry is the bane of the team as far as driving is concerned, but his money puts the car on the grid every week; I understand that. Just wishful thinking, really, like a "Wonder what they could do without the dead weight"...Catch 22.

A recent article on Endurance-Info suggests only one chassis to BK (HU 04). It lists the 1st 5 chassis as such:

Charouz: HU 01 and HU 03
Sebah: HU 02
BK: HU 04
RML: HU 05

Also mentions that a US team that had its early goings in a Lola is looking at a coupe and a team with ties to a manufacturer is also looking.

Berry should just pair with Ryan Lewis in the 2nd car and let Jon and Clint drive the 37.

He posts a lot of what he reads on here though. Not saying it's not gonna happen, but I don't think there's anything substantial to tell us it will at this point.

I suspect it will be a P-2, which is influenced greatly by the announcement by the ACO on future P-1 engine capacities. With the need under those guidelines for AMR to develop the V-8, out of the vantage, for the future. Among other things!

I think another question to be answered here is would this be a Peterson/White Lightning or just a Dale White effort?

I thought Peterson was the more solid of the pair at the moment, but would he be allowed to use the usual livery or something just for his new team. As for it being a P2 project, that makes the most sense to test the engine since it seems to be the weak part of the Vantage project. But it seems like it will just bring more factory teams to P2, short-term, to test their future P1 engines, esp since no major chassis mods are planned for the future. It's basically free (don't have to rent the track) testing time in what could be a very similar chassis by 2011 or so. Does make Vette moving to GT2 seem a little more informed, they can develop the race engine in house and have a GT2/P2 engine ready for the 2011 rules.
Does anybody currently run a true production engine in P2 in either LMS/ALMS?
