Border Motor Club is promoting the Alan Healy Memorial Cadwell Park Stages on Sunday 8th April 2012

The rally is being run in memory of Alan Healy, the late President of Border Motor Club and one of the Club's founder members. In a long and varied career, Alan had been a driver, a steward, sponsor, C of C, Lombard RAC control officer and several other titles; but he was just as comfortable and at home operating a radio or simply being a marshal.

The event is definitely running. and entries are still available.

Closing date to be included in the seeding is Saturday 31st March, but entries will be accepted up to the day of the event.

Over 50 entries received, including the WRC Imprezas of Roger Duckworth and Graham Coffey. Also entered are previous winners at this venue Yuk Hodgson and Dave Holland, both in Ford Escorts, along with many others who competed on the South Bank MC events held here in the 80’s & 90’s, and are looking forward to using the circuit again for rallying.

Spectators are welcome at the event which starts at 9:00; tickets are available online at www.cadwellpark.co.uk or at the entrance gate on the day.
