I have a project that needs to be done over the weekend. In the quiet of the night is a perfect time for the project and with the WEC App running in the background, I think I will enjoy it.

The race is at a good time slot for us on the west coast (U.S.) Hopefully the stream will be up. I really wish it would be broadcast over here.

I mainly just like the long straight of the track, where the cars can really stretch their legs and see who is the fastest

Wow, Buemi just put in a lap .005 within his best. Now the top spot is tied with the same average time to the thousandth. I assume Porsche gets pole with the fastest overall lap?

Porsche was really quick over one lap, but the drop off was much more significant than the Toyota. They went from 1:47's to 1:49's. Toyota stayed around 1:48's. At least the Rebellion was slightly closer. 4 seconds back vs 5 in Fuji.

Neither Dumas nor Hartley had any experience on this circuit.
That's not to say there isn't any tire drop-off, just that it is not the only reason. |

I'm not sure if I want to bark up this tree again, but that Ligier is damn fast! Drop 100kg and give it some more power and it would be near the LMP1 factories!

It damn well is. The first time we saw it at Le Mans was during Wednesday practice at the Porsche Curves, and the Nissan-powered Ligiers were nearly giving the LMP1-H cars a run for their money through that section. Visibly faster through that section than just about anything in P2.

Welcome to the forum! We aren't yet sure on Nico's plan for next year, but we hope he has a drive somewhere.
