The article mentions that the show will "be supported [sic] across VICE’s global social media channels".

The Vice TV YouTube channel has 2 million subscribers (IndyCar has 337k), and some of its recent videos has over 200k views.

Counting YouTube views is a fools errand, most can usually be shown to be heavily inflated and ANY clicks count not just watching it

If it's to be added to Vice's socials there's no chance for CW also hosting outside of OTA.
