f1_carzy should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
and ITV are not showing the Sunday quali, and Sat quali is for 1 hr 50 mins...last year the quali used to be abt 1 hr only, or am I wrong??? But I guess it was not as long as now

I suppose it's still worth watching.

If someone makes a big mistake or throws it at the scenery then they'll have little comeback on the Sunday.Of course it's always interesting to watch anyway, but it could have been so much better.

I agree...any F1 fan wud watch whatever is shown of the race weekend, even if it were only practice sessions...it wud be interesting to stay awake over the weekend with a big bag of crisps and some movies...

Thats to bad. Here in N. America we already get up at 7AM to watch the European races, but now to watch the quals, it will be more like 5:30AM! Yikes!

I go to the USGP every year, and I always arrived on Sat. to catch the quals, but now that won't seem so important. Won't the tracks, hotels, etc. be losing alot of money as people stay home on Sat. and only come for the race on Sunday?

Tony Purnells idea of qualifying seems a long way off now,not that it was perfect.

I suppose that having both qually sessions seperated by a day makes it a bit more interesting in terms of weather variations. And we'll get to see who is genuinely fastest(barring mishaps)on the Saturday which is more than we got before.
