JEB has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Two Weeks To The Brdc Walter Hayes Trophy

The BRDC Walter Hayes Trophy is now just two weeks away.

FF1600 entries are still being accepted. If you have not entered yet, it is not too late to do so: Contact me at James.Beckett@brdc.co.uk or download an Entry Form from the official BRDC website - www.brdc.co.uk (click on the Walter Hayes Trophy Events section on the home page).

The full entry list will be published on the BRDC website at the end of next week - entries at the moment stand at just over 70 cars.

If you require any information please do contact me.

As and when we get the information (!) www.clubff1600.co.uk will be previewing the event in full. However before then we will be looking back at the 2003 version - online in the next couple of days.

James,
Have you had many Classic FF entries to date? If not I will send something out to Andy Hodson to try and get a few more in.

Great Work James, should be a fantastic event, after the disappointment of not making it last year can't wait!

See you all there!

Sounds fantastic. Can't wait either. What's more, the WHT is at the correct time of year. The FFF always was in the first week of November in the glory days.

Its going to be very tough in the WHT this year, one mistake and you won't make the final, but its great that it's so competitive and yet everyone can laugh and joke and have the crack with each other, FF1600 has a great balance with the young guns and the experenced guys that just can't get away from the great racing, which is so hard to find any other formula. It looks like the WHT is just going to get stronger and stronger. Well done james, at the way your going in 50 years we will have The James Beckett Trophy, but we will have to hold it in brands to try to get the FFF back to where it was.
