If you are marshalling you don't BUY tickets - you volunteer for a meeting and the organising club send you them FREE!!! Admittedly you have to wear orange overalls and work but you can't have everything!

Some clubs will supply one guest ticket per marshal, some won't. Contact the chief marshal of the organising club a week or two before the meeting (there may be information on your final instructions).

You usually get sent a guest ticket along with your own admission ticket. Only get one though. I have never known of getting any extra's cheaper.

Mazda,

At a guess, you will be Marshalling at Oulton (Cheshire is a bit of a clue)
Therefore if it's a BRSCC or BARC meeting you won't get ANY tickets, as your MSA licence gets you in, but there's info in the finals if you don't have the MSA licence.

When the AMOC/MGCC are at Oulton, they normally send you ONE ticket for your guest and assume that you have the MSA licence for yourself!
(You might also find that BARC HQ might send one ticket also for the BTCC)

Bikes may be different!

Has anyone had a freebie for BTCC this year?

I would like to get hold of a guest ticket, but I don't want to look like a cheeky monkey if one is already due to be sent out.

Paul,
If we do get a spare for this you can have mine.
If the missus wants to come she can use her MSA licence!

Thanks, Mark.

The ticket's for a mate of mine - I've got no chance of getting the missus to dress in an orange boiler-suit! Well, not in public anyhow

BigTed, you should be able to use your BMMC membership card to get in. I'm not sure about other clubs' cards.

You're quite right BT, but I've heard that this year the door policy has been or will be tightened.

That'll be because they are worried that tens of thousands of spectators will turn up dressed in orange then.
