Gets underway at Taupo this weekend.

Quali results that set Race 1 later this afternoon, pole to kiwi Zack Scoular (MTEC); Will Brown (Giles) on grid 2, 0.078 behind; grid 3 Nikita Johnson (M2) from USA, 0.177 back; and grid 4 Arvid Linblad (M2) -0.226.
Let's see how Race 1 goes. The grid for Race 2 tomorrow afternoon is finishing order of race 1 with reverse top 8. I didn't think Linblad would be nearly 1/4 second off the pace. Will Brown's effort was pretty good for a man who has been out of single seaters for about 6 years. |

The novice Scoular looked mega in race 1!
Grear to see Brown and Linblad too. Seems most people found it very hard to overtake round Taupo. Great little circuit though. |

Yep, that Brown/Shin incident was mega spectacular. Brown lost a heap of points with the penalty but I doubt it will worry him too much as he's only planning on doing three rounds at this stage.
Looking forward to HD this weekend.
