if anyone deserves to win it is Peter. I'm told that, on a limited budget, he pulled his practice tires from the throwaways that the tire supplier (bridgestone) had set aside to discard - these were the tires the others deemed useless after they has finished off. He used those to practice and saved his limited new tires to qualify. He has talent and here's hoping he and AIM continue their winning ways. AIM is a great team and can get him there on a limited budget.

I plan on attending the Star Mazda test at Iowa Speedway tomorrow. For anyone interested, I will be posting updates when possible via Twitter.

Today's test was mostly rained out. The cars were on track for a short time but were unable to run at speed due to the moisture on the racing surface. Tomorrow's forecast looks to be much better.

We somehow missed the 3rd race of the series 2 weeks ago which was won by Adam Christodoulou at Miller Park - thats the British Formula Renault champions 2nd win of the season

Richard Kent won race 2 after starting on pole from Alex Ardoin & Mikael Grenier... Peter Dempsey now leads the championship after Adam Christodoulou's 24th place finish...
