Sauber have 'a lot' of the 2003 Ferrari mechanical parts, which looks as if it is reflected in their reliablity level, only 7% off Ferrari.
Interestingly, last year Sauber seemed to have an unusual number of engine problems, which we assume must be down to installation issues? This year the engine must be a better 'fit'..... Poor reliability from Jordan again, has the main factor been engine? If so more installation related issues? |

Last year if i remember correctly,Sauber had a one year old engine design that they had detuned to last longer for the change in regulations This year they have the latest designs that are made for the job |

McLaren are at rock bottom at the mmoment so the only way for them to go is up, Hopefuly all the design and reliability issues have been adressed now and they can start to fight their way back to the top...

I think the gearbox is Jordan's main issue, as when the cars stop they rarely seem to be trailing smoke, and Jaguar haven't had many engine problems either, more hydraulic issues.
