AMOC St John Horsfall Meeting 22nd June
As a non Marshal i was a bit surprised not to see a thread on this meeting already. I just wondered, since there were nearly 200 of you present, how you all got on and if it went well . A lot of people take heed of what is said on this forum and the comments are taken seriously ( some of them !!)

Well I was there, amongst the ''200''. Had a good day down at Becketts, except for the coming together of two DB4's. Apart from that, huge grids,good racing and very windy. I expected my caravan to disappear over the top of Copse!

Great cars & a great bunch of marshals. Some of the driving left a bit to be desired though. I was at Luffield In and the amount of overtaking under yellows between Brooklands & me was unbelievable, when we had 3 tangle it resulted in one very damaged V8 being left half in the gravel and half on the track, whilst the 'snatch' was going on the race leader was getting faster by around 0.3 seconds a lap! resulting ultimately in a Red Flag, then the drivers wonder why
