Andrew Metcalf
Just to let those of you that knew Andrew that he passed away last Tuesday. he first had a brain tumour in 2004 which everyone on here was kind enough to support and encourage us.
we havent been around much the last couple of years due to Andys deteriorating energy so resorted to armchair marshalling. Watching what you were all doing instead of the cars.. We mostly marshalled at Snetterton and with the BTCC package. I may see some of you again in due course. regards Susan Metcalf |

We had hoped that the treatment he received originally would be more enduring. I am sad that was not the case. I know Andrews priority now would have been making sure you, Sue, get through this and you know that your friends will give any help you need.

Sue, I am so sorry to hear about Andrew, Pete told me at the weekend, I am not on the forum very often, so hadn't seen your post.
We all had some good times at Snetterton back then and as Pete said, we hoped that the treatment had been successful. Elaine |
