It's kind of lame of Onroak and Dallara to have EVO kits for sprint aero as well when only the LM aero sucked against Oreca, but it is what it is

The APR Rebellion lineup is one to watch. Bradley was one of the starts of the 2nd half of the elms season last year, Newey was impressive in AsLMS and Laurent needs no introduction.

can’t believe that. not-silvers are one thing but this is taking the mickey. i feel like this was a case of “if you don’t then we won’t be able to get a third driver in the seat and *sigh* we’ll have to take the g-drive branding to blancpain” or something similar.

Yes, that's correct. Astons will still have a big advantage as they did the development of the tire.... but maybe with the works team onto Michelin this year, they won't get as much help in going fast.

IMO, it's mostly a by-product of having to race with LMP3 cars at the same time -- it doesn't make for a quality "gentlemen" racing experience. If they'd speed up the P3 cars on the straights it would be so much better, but I know that idea was shot down before last year -- they're worried about the engines not lasting until the homologated rebuild time if they crank them up.

Entry fees aren't the problem. Keep in mind, they're still racing GTE cars which are mind blowingly expensive to purchase/run and they can't run anywhere else except WEC or IMSA GTLM, which makes for a very small market.

I imagine LMP3 has made quite a dent into the GT racing market throughout the world. Not just in ELMS GTE-AM.

I don't know much about the Ebimotors Porsche, anybody know what their livery might look like. Great that 911 RSR's will be all over the place this year. Best sounding engine in racing today. Maybe best one overall since the LMP1 Aston Martin.
