I will be there for all three days. We should try and set up a TT met like the ones we have at Le Mans, I just can't think of anywhere to do it at Silverstone, anyone got any ideas?

I'll be there all three days too, marshalling. If we have a meet it has to be after/before the racing.

I think before, I think we should wait until the timetable is out before setting times, because if there is a lunch break then our friends orange will be able to join use. I think we need to come up with a location, which I am having problems coming up with.

There are two pubs in the village, the white horse or the royal oak. The white horse the nicer of the two.

If they are putting some kind of entertainment on in the evening at the circuit that might be an idea or they might even have the paddock bar open which could be a good idea as then we don't have to go too far!

Found this about camping so maybe staying at the circuit could be an option.

The timetable I've seen says it's a four day meet, with LMES practice on the Thursday evening.

Got my tickets this morning, booked on the net Tuesday evening, just hope the weather is going to be good, I don't normally camp in this country just stick to once a year at Le Mans, last time in this country was at Snetterton '97 BTCC, horrible weather!!

The online booking seems a bit odd...doesnt seem to give options for booking weekend camping just single nights per booking

I'll be marshalling all weekend and having seen the timetable I reckon I'll dragging the tent out of the loft again and camping over. The ALMS visit was one of the best meetings I've attended and I'm hoping that this one lives up to the same standards.

Just been looking at the timetable I can not see a gap in there for a meet due to the Saturday being jammed packed. So anyone got any more ideas. Oh and my tickets arrived this morning.......

Some of us are marshalling..silly!

There must be a lunch break or some sort of gap in the racing...they can't surely want us to stay on post all day without a break?!

Having seen that the infield is becoming a public camp site to recreate the "Le Mans" atmosphere I've decided against camping and will travel from home daily so that I can get some sleep.
