PWR drivers TBC, but bets are Haglof and Azcona. They both tested few days ago.
Does this mean that Oriola is out of Seat/Cupra programs for WTCR?

PWR is a good team and they will do a good job. A pity that Oriola will not be a Cupra driver on track this year. The spaniard is not phenomenal but he's consistent and he could have won races...

Azcona has to learn the tracks but he is fast and realible

Basically yes. This is the confirmation of Campos concentrating on eTCR, which was Rumoured long ago.
As for PWR, I really hope they give a chance to Dahlgren and not Haglöf. Ok, Haglöf is a decent driver, but Dahlgren is on a completely different level. Haglöf would be the René Münnich story all over again, maybe a bit faster.

As PWR have not confirmed their STCC program since the change of promoter, we can still hope for Dahlgren. Maybe not, as he was announced to remain, with that purple sponsored Cupra, but the promoter change might have moved things around.

Of course Dahlgren has more experience outside Sweden but Haglof will be much faster than Munnich. The latter was a rallycross driver that switched in touring cars but showed no speed. Haglof has done many many years in touring cars and he's done good things in Sweden

Well, PWR entry was somewhat unexpected. I believe the driver line up will be indeed Azcona and Haglof.

Dtw, this article mentions that PWR will run 2 cars in TCR Scandinavia

Oriola was trying to sell himself to Hyundai. We all want to believe in impossible things, I suppose, to persuade ourselves that miracles can happen.

Azcona and Haglof confirmed at PWR

The confirmation of Haglöf and Azcona completes the 2019 WTCR line-up, with DG Sport Compétition, Campos Racing, and Zengo Motorsport leaving the championship – with Peugeot Sport reducing support for its 308TCR project.

And yet few days ago Peugeot Sport said that winners of their cup series will be able to race in TCR Europe and WTCR with factory support...

26 is a good number, the quality of the grid is really high
Then of course we will see a number of wild cards in every round also

Campos should have ended their touring cars programme, DG Sport and Zengo should join the interesting TCR Europe

BRC Will field all 4 Hyundais, and they will be backed by Lukoil.
At this point I don't understand The ne rule about number of cars Cap per team: it should be 2 per team, why BRC and SLR have 4 cars?

You can only enter a team of two cars, but there is no restriction on who runs those teams. So for example, two cars can be entered as 'BRC Team Lukoil' and two cars entered as 'Lukoil Team BRC', although all four will be run from the same garage.

As you know, I am always speculating

Homola will be announcing his plans on the 21st. In his trailer video a unique race number design is shown, as those in WTCR.
So, even if a lot of big portals wrote about the grid is being full, there may be a last minute last team joining.

The other option is joining as a wildcard in the Slovakian round and that is why his unique, WTCR style race number is presented. In that case I think he will race in TCR Europe at one of the Peugeot teams, or even DG may join the series as the third PUG team.

If rumours don't appear, we will see on the 21st anyway.
You can find the trailer video on his official Facebook page.
