AL Racing should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

I saw this intresting news "one year ago at" at http://www.Autorace.com

Quote:
Max Mosley hit out at complaints that F1 was becoming too boring and said that most of the complaints are from inside the paddock.

He admitted that the question needs to be asked whether overtaking has become too difficult and furthermore elaborated by saying: "The people who say it is boring tend to be those inside the paddock. But they tend to live in a goldfish bowl and contemplate each other. Whereas those of us who watch on television and see it from the point of view of the general public, recognize it is far more interesting now than it was in the past".

He added that sometimes racing is boring, but that's the nature of the sport and closed by saying when one looks at the big picture the sport seems to be riveting worldwide and that next to soccer, it's the world sport.
I wonder who's living in a "goldfish bowl"...

I watched one of my old videos the other day from 1997, it was the Austrian GP. The new rule changes at the end of 1997 promoised more overtaking, but that Austrian GP seemed like a different form of racing to what F1 has turned into today.
Please bring slicks back bozo oh sorry max

So that's what the oaf of the century said last year huh?

He said most of the complaints are from inside the paddock.
I had the impression most of the complaints were from outside the paddock, from us, the spectators.

He also admitted that the question needs to be asked whether overtaking has become too difficult.
It seems that's all what he did, ask the question.
But he didn't listen to the answers very well, now did he?

He says those of us who watch on television and see it from the point of view of the general public, recognize it is far more interesting now than it was in the past.
Those of us? He really thinks he one of us?
And I'm from the past, I go a long way back - OK, just say it, I'm old - and I can tell you racing in the sixties, seventies and eighties was much more interesting than it is now. But that's a personal opinion ofcourse.

He added that sometimes racing is boring, but that it is the nature of the sport.
Excuse me! Helloooo!
The nature of the sport is to be boring?

No, Mister Maximilian Mosley, the only 'thing' that's boring is you, you hear me, YOU.
You are the most boring person walking this planet.
God, do I long back to the days of Jean-Marie Balestre.
He was what we would call 'a wrong person' but at least he loved the sport above the money.
And he wasn't boring at all and neither was the sport in those days.

GO MAX MOSLEY! GO!

Ahem, I mean GO AWAY!
GO NOW!

Jean-Marie Balestre?

Gerard, are you sure?

Be very, very careful what you wish for - you might just get it.
