Draft 2002 calendar
The FIA have issued the draft calendar for next years F1 races as follows:
March 3rd Australia, Melbourne March 17th Malaysia, Sepang March 31st Brazil, Sao Paulo April 14th San Marino, Imola April 28th Spain, Barcelona May 12th Austria, Spielberg May 26th Monaco June 9th Canada, Montreal June 23rd European, Nuerburgring July 7th Britain, Silverstone July 21st France, Magny Cours July 28th Germany, Hockenheim August 18th Hungary, Hungaroring September 1st Belgium, Spa-Francorchamps September 15th Italy, Monza September 29th United States, Indianapolis October 13th Japan, Suzuka |

I agree, a five month lay off is too long. It would be easy to fit another 2 or 3 races into the calendar and still give everyone a decent rest period don't you think?

YESSSS!!! Another year of mickey mouse circuits, with the obvious exception of spa and suzuka!
