Most people in here will be aware of the ongoing saga of the on again - off again goings of the organisation know as The Vic State Race Series Inc from last year. Well there appears to be some new news on the goings on, please go to the link below and have a look. It is all very interesting.

I got a PM telling me that I was going to be Banned because I had not made any posts.

You're doing better than me.. I cannot post there >because< I haven't posted, and there is no method on the site for me to contact the administrator to be allowed in! BUT I never received an email advising me of this either....

I would like to apologise to Motorsport forum admin. The problem was my own error. Everything is now OK.

As for the content of the link, this is amazing news. The intense heat generated by the deregistration issue is about to get even hotter if Corporate Affairs is going to take the example as a test case.

And just to add another twist to the saga. The Letter BAC sent to CAMS suggesting that the appropriate action be that the issue be taken to a inquiry, that was allegedly received after the meeting and was not presented. Actually shows up in the minutes as received when the minutes are produced about two months after the meeting.
This may have been accidental placed in the minutes; we must give Garry Grant the Benefit of doubt on this.

I don't know about the thread being pulled, but Kerb Hopper has been banned from accessing the Ten-Tenths forum completely. My IP address has been banned. I am not sure what for, as when I tried to send an email to the administrators it was a dodgy email address.

Actually, the fixed IP address Of allanmoffat and 5 of big trevs other identities was eliminated (I'm sure everyone here knows the rules about multiple user Id's).
