No Pop-Off Spacer until after Aug 8th
FYI:
An Appelate panel has ruled in favor of HRD,TCG,Mo Numm Racing, & Adrian Fernandez Racing regarding the 3/4" spacer.If no alternative is found the spacers will be allowed after Aug. 8th. This affects the next 3 races (Toronto,Michigan & Chicago), with the spacer back in force for Mid-Ohio. This ruling is final, non-appealable, & not subject to civil action. |

as it should be... CART voilated their own "stability clause" by dumping the rules change on the teams without any notice.
