Dear All,
We are now accepting registrations for Marshal’s for the event, who will be responsible for the operation and safety of the closed road course as well as the operation of the static pits, paddock and display areas.

We are going to need 10 Post Controllers for the course as well as Assistant Controllers together with course marshals for various sections of the route.

These will all be allocated according to experience (Race , Speed or Rally – orange overalls will be required for all course posts) as these are key positions that will ensure the successful operation of the event which will include the manning of key approach roads and junctions.

The course will only be closed for periods not exceeding 1 hour and there will probably be 3 of these periods during the day, starting around noon, subject to final event programme.

This will enable marshals to be stood down in between parades so you can enjoy all the event attractions.

We are intending to provide free light refreshments for marshals during the day as well as providing some nice prizes to reflect your involvement in the event.

PLEASE NOTE: We welcome young people to register as junior marshals but there will be a minimum age of 14 and all persons under 18 who wish to marshal, must be accompanied at all times by their parent or guardian, whilst on course.

We will be holding marshal’s briefing meetings prior to and on the day of the event with details to be advised.

We look forward to receiving your registration forms and to meeting you on the run up to and at the event.
