[VASC19R25] SuperCheap Auto Bathurst 1000, Mount Panorama 10-13th October (WITH POLL)

The biggest race of the year; the SuperCheap Auto Bathurst 1000!

Will the DJR Team Penske Mustangs take a step up and take the win after a few podiums and a stonking pole position from the old FGX Falcon? With popular prince of the Mountain that is Mr. Craig Lowndes putting the helmet and suit back on for the race Enduro Cup season, will we see if he has lost none of his touch or if being retired from full time driving has dented his pace. Will Erebus shake off their last stint drama's and get redemption with David Reynolds? We will have to watch and find out.

As for yours truly, I'll be at the Mountain as a punter and giving some mates a helping hand. So if anyone wants to meet the human behind the Razor nameplate, chuck me a PM and we can organise a catch up. (Beers may flow)

Dont forget the Holden appears to have alot less drag than the Ford and the Nissan. Suspect that the Commodores will drive away up and down the hill and therefore be impossible to overtake.

That the Commodore has more downforce than before does not have to mean it has more drag than the Mustang/Altima.

The Commodores seem to have had a straight-line advantage for much of the year, the little I saw of Pukekohe didn't indicate a change.
