Maybe it depends how much income they get out of the total deal.

Big name brings £250k, gets £125k salary etc...

Johnny Herbert - although he raced a round for Dynamics, im sure he was trying to get in there for 2010. Also isnt he local to TPC? probably makes a nice story for the local newspapers

Because its beneficial for a professional racing driver set up a limited company for both VAT reasons and if everything does belly up the company can be closed for the usual liability of £ 1, and can restart again easily under another name.
