Sorry to create a thread for something so trivial, but I'm just at a loss of words and completely disgusted at the amount of coverage we'll be getting of the race here in the states this year. From looking at the program guides it appears we'll be getting only nine of the twenty four hours.

I'm hoping that there's someone with better coverage who will be recording the race and could put it on DVD (or even better Blu Ray) and mail me a copy. I like to watch the race during the year and end up watching it at least five or six times in its entirety.

If you're going to be at the race and at the cheese fest that would be ideal because I could give you some money towards postage.

I found on YouTube last year's complete coverage of the race with RLM and downloaded it. Maybe Someone will do the same for this year's race.

You can use YouTubedownloader. I'm sure there are other programs too.

I don't know if you can still do it, but years ago, after watching a streamed video, you used to be able to go to your temporary internet files and find it cached there....

I'm not sure if any forumers use the Racing For Me site. There's a tonne of sportscar racing on there but it's invite only apparently. Someone might be able to PM you an invite code if they qualify to give them out, which not all users do. Or so I'm told.

A dvd? It is 2015. It will be on Youtube in several parts not long after the race has ended.

Not only is the invitation part true but when OP is asking to mail a dvd, I would think he is probably not familiar with torrents. (btw, there's another site that doesn't require an invite, shhh, pm)

If you know how to work with torrents I might have a invite for racingforme on offer. So you can download it yourself.
