Totally unexpected came the shocking news that Frank EGLEM junior is gone. His life was dedicated to karting. After his career in racing, he made his passion his work. He developed his own racing karts and was a major player in the market for indoor and electric karts.

EGLEM junior began his career in 1979 in karting. His greatest success came in 1983, where he became Junior World Champion in Kerpen, Germany. Frank EGLEM junior defeated there include Michael Schumacher and Heinz-Harald Frentzen.

In 1987, EGLEM Jr. stepped into motorsport and immediately won the national Touring Car Championship in a BMW 325i. A year later he opted for the single eaters alike and won Dutch and Benelux Formula Ford championship.
