I will look at those two as long as they have FIA HTP papers
Probably work for MM but a tough sell for Monaco.

The only ever Monaco event for sports cars happened in 1952, when Grand Prix Racing was a shambles and the World Championship run for F2 cars.
Monaco returned to F1 with the advent of the 2.5 litre Formula.

So in theory, only cars of a type that raced in that race in 1952 are wellcome at Monaco.
In practice this is very difficult as the mix of 1952 was a bit eclectic, also a big part of that grid were Ferraris that dont get raced anymore as they are too precious
Monaco stretches itself - by necessity - a lot as to what they invite into the sports car race because they have no hope of filling it up with proper stuff.

Notable cars that can do Monace and the Mille Miglia are:
Aston DB3 (NOT the DB3S)
and Allard J2
both are very very expensive for exactly this reason
