Sending out tickets
I have just recived my tickets for the BTCC at Sneterton. How come other clubs cannot get tickets and imformmation out the same as BARC?

I also have my tickets for Snetterton, plus a list of Marshals for the previous weekend at Rockingham. Slight problem is that I'm not doing either of these two meetings, I'm at Rockingham the 4/5 of September and Donington the Bank Holiday weekend!

Mine where sitting on the door mat when I got home. Along with a second letter showing the correct list of Marshals for Snetterton.

Answering the question:
Early in the season, the tickets were slow coming out of MSV and our first couple of dates, I didn't get them until the week of the meeting. Other, move important? mettings had tickets before us for meetings after. This seems to have settled down and they are all coming out in plenty of time. I do, however, stick to my long standing process of dispatch about one and a half weeks before the meeting so that they are there in time but not too early that they might get lost. This is one reason why I preferred to send tickets even at circuits that allowed entry by MSA card as it is a timely reminder that they had volunteered for the event. |
